This discount applies solely to the nightly rental rate; all other fees—including cleaning fees, optional add‑ons, and refundable deposits—remain subject to standard pricing. The promotion is available for bookings that check-out no later than October 31, 2026, and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice. It is valid for new reservations only and cannot be applied to existing bookings. Standard payment terms, cancellation policies, and house rules for each property continue to apply, and any reservation modifications may result in the promotion no longer being eligible. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special rates, and blackout dates may apply based on availability. Savings are capped at the equivalent of the nightly tax amount and hold no cash value.
