Kuhio Village 1002 Waikiki Beach Dream Free WiFi

Enjoy this tranquil unit located on the 10th floor with sweeping views of the Ko'olau mountains from your private balcony. Guests of this unit will enjoy a comfortable bed with new linens, large screen LCD TV with cable service, free in room WIFI access, a kitchenette with everything you need to prepare daily meals.  The kitchenette includes refrigerator, microwave, two-burner hotplate, coffee maker & kitchenware. The private bathroom is equip with towels, sample sized soaps and shampoo.  Located on site is our office, a 24-hour convenience store, laundromat, tour desk, surf shop and public parking are available on-site. Offered by Hawaii Dream Realty LLC (RB-19373) conveniently located in the Kuhio Village lobby. Kuhio Village 1002 tax number TA-179-740-0576-01 


NOTE: Beginning February 2020, the Kuhio Village Tower 2 will begin spalling and painting work for the entire building. This work will start on the Prince Edward street side with 01-02 stack where scaffolding will be set up and will stay in place until they complete the work from top down. Then they will move the scaffolding and equipment to the next stack where they will continue to complete the process all the way around the building. Working hours will be Monday – Friday from 8a.m. – 4p.m. Tower 1 will start after they finish Tower 2. There may be periods that a balcony may not be accessible while the scaffolding is in place. While this is a big project, we do not expect the work to impact the guests very much. We expect the repainting of the two towers to be completed by the end of 2020.
