Two lanais also and plenty of fresh air! Building offers SECURITY, ground floor laundromat, surf shop and tours available. Next door is moped/bike rentals. And there are lots of eateries within walking distance. Offer by Hawaii Dream Realty LLC (RB-19373) conveniently located in the lobby of Kuhio Village Towers. NOTE: Beginning February 2020, the Kuhio Village Tower 2 will begin spalling and painting work for the entire building. This work will start on the Prince Edward street side with 01-02 stack where scaffolding will be set up and will stay in place until they complete the work from top down. Then they will move the scaffolding and equipment to the next stack where they will continue to complete the process all the way around the building. Working hours will be Monday – Friday from 8a.m. – 4p.m. Tower 1 will start after they finish Tower 2. There may be periods that a balcony may not be accessible while the scaffolding is in place. While this is a big project, we do not expect the work to impact the guests very much. We expect the repainting of the two towers to be completed by the end of 2020.
