- Credit card holder must be present at check-in.
- All adult occupants must provide valid identification prior to check-in.
- Reservation greater than 30 days before check-in require a 20 percent pre-payment.
- All reservations require a full payment to be received no later than 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before check‑in may not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before check‑in incur a $100 cancellation fee.
